Hello, I have the same problem and I tried everything to fix it. No change.
Hi, same problem here.
I tried the account on several computers and on 2 differents browsers, no results.
If i log with an other account on the same computers, it works well.
So i think it’s on Figma side, maybe the files (cache ?) on the server related to the not working accounts.
Do someone find a way to fix this ?

Sorry to hear this is happening! Yes, clearing out the cache can help. Can you please try clearing your cache and accessing Figma again? You can follow these steps in this help center article: Clear the Figma desktop app cache
And, in the browser:
