My payment is not updating deducted twice

I had paid payment 2 time to subscribe for one subscription. both the time money was deducted from my account but its not updating on website. Figma is asking to verify the payment but by verifying it is asking to redo the payment again

Hey @Manish_Kumar2, that’s odd.

We replied on Thursday, 6/20 at 7:14am PT. No changes were made to your account, because we needed action on your end before proceeding. I’ve escalated your ticket back to support to have someone try to contact you again.
