Keep Branch / Keep Main buttons only appearing in Browser

I have an issue where i’m only able to merge branches and resolve conflicts in the browser as my Desktop app doesn’t show these buttons. Any ideas?

Thanks for your patience. We were trying to replicate this issue but unfortunately we can’t. Could you try reload the tab and open the review modal please?
