Right now we are a team of 3 people and we are working on a design system. The problem is that with the Professional Plan we can’t share the styles and components between us and for the moment upgrading to an Organization Plan wouldn’t be the best approach for us since we are only 3 people.

Is it possible to have one single account (for example designteam@company.com) and the 3 of us to be logged in and use that account with a professional plan? In that way any style and component created inside that account could be available for use it.

You can definitely use team libraries for shared styles and components on the Professional plan. There’s some more information on enabling them here:

Circling back to the main question, “Is it possible to use one account on multiple devices?”
Can we put the account login in Roboform and have it accessed by 5 designers on different devices? They will log in one at a time and not simultaneously. Is that possible?

Circling back 3 years later lol.

I see no reason why this wouldn’t be possible but why would you want that? It’s gonna be an unorganized chaos.
