It would be really usefull to lock the position on a frame, but not the posibilty to use its restrains. When i have to make a mockup of a dashboard, normaly you have a Left side Panel, that is fixed, and important stuff is in the left one. So when i work in that one, i keep moving the hole frame by mistake.
