I can't make a payment because of Stripe issue

I signed up the organization plan and I should pay for this time.
But I can’t put my card number in the input field.

It said to me
“This bill cannot be paid by Stripe. Please arrange another way to pay this bill or contact Figma, Inc. (support@figma.com , +14158905404) to issue a new bill.”

I asked to stripe team and Figma support team,
Stripe team said to me “you have to communicate with Figma team.”
Figma support team doesn’t answer me yet.

however, I have to deliver my GUI file to department part today.

Do you guys have any solution to fix it?
