Hyperlinking in comments not working after the update (UI3)

Hey, back in the days of (Ctrl+K) hyperlinking in both normal text and comments’ text, now after the “new” (Ctrl+Shift+U), it doesn’t work anymore.

And yes I know you can do it that way here but it’s not convenient.
