I created a new account and duplicated the production and design system, from my old account, to the new account. The problem is that the duplicated production is still connected with the original design system and not the duplicated one. How can I link the duplicated production with the duplicated design system without having to link every single component with the duplicated design system again, that would take 2 weeks.

Iâm not sure how your files has been created or how you want it
Instead of duplicating, I think if you Export your project as local save file and Import the file in the new account might work. Test it
Also I have noticed Cut all layers and paste in new file, will maintain the links between layers. Bold Choice however đ

This swap-style feature is broken for the most part. I have tried 20+ times in the last hour, and it never swapped out the library for the identical duplicate I created. It looks like it works, but I then checked all the components, and they still point to the previous file.
I wouldnât have to do this in the first place if their team permissions werenât so messed up. Even though Iâm the team admin/owner, I canât remove a previous team memberâs dormant account from being the owner of multiple files. And some files donât even list an owner, which doesnât make sense. Figma is telling me the only way I can change this is by gaining access to the previous employeeâs email to then log in and swap ownership. Thatâs just rediculous and given this library swap trick didnât work, Iâm skeptical that would even work.
