Glitchy button animation right before switching to the next page

Hi there everyone!

I’m relatively new to Figma, just finished my beginner course today and about to finish my very first project in Figma, so I’m pretty excited but that comes with a bit of frustration as well because I seem to have ran into a problem while prototyping.

So I’m designing a website for mobile interface and I have quite a few buttons that should have some simple animations when clicking on it and then navigate to the next page. Most of them work, but there are two that always reveal a glitch when I view them in the prototype review. It happens suddenly so it’s not that obvious but still visible. My buttons are made of component variants and the prototyping happens between the two different variants and is set to “While pressing”. When I press the button on a seperate page without linking it to another page when clicked it works perfectly. But as soon as I place it into my design and give it another prompt “When clicked” a second before it transitions to the next page the button (with originally rounded corners) becomes a simple, big rectangle and loses its shape. With the outlined button it works well even on the page inside the design…

Does anyone here knows why this could be happening? It might be something really simple I just can’t figure it out on my own at this point, I’ve really tried everything and spent days on experimenting… Please help a beginner designer!

The “Buy now” and the “Purchase” buttons are the problematic ones
