Hello, now I’m using Figma professional plan but I didn’t see the UI3 and Figma AI feature. How to use these features and what is the wrong. Please help me if you have any ideas about this.

Can you please confirm if you’ve already received a notification to explore the new UI from Figma? If so, please check if you’re logged in with your Figma account where you’ve been granted access to the new UI?
If you haven’t received a notification yet, Figma will send you a notification when it’s your turn to explore the new UI. Unfortunately, we are not able to manually add anyone to the UI3 or Figma AI betas at this time.
However, UI3 and Figma AI are now rolling out gradually to all users over the coming months —regardless of waitlist status, plan, or seat type. You can find more information in our Help Center article: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/24919293730327-How-do-I-get-access-to-UI3-and-AI-features.
Please note that Figma AI will be introduced separately from UI3 going forward and you will receive access to each individually. Once you’ve been granted access, you’ll see a modal in Figma inviting you to explore the latest updates.
