Dashboard not appearing, colours missing, comments not displaying

Hi all,

Is there service disruptions currently? I’m facing a number of issues including

  • Dashboard/Home area staying in a skeleton state and not showing projects
  • Colours imported from our design system not showing. All our libraries look to have bee removed as I’m seeing the ‘Add to file’ button and they’re not letting me re-add.
  • When leaving comments, they’re not showing on the Figma board after the comment is submitted. I still get the notification but just can’t see where it is on the board.

Any suggestions to fix would be much appreciated.

Hi there,

There was a disruption yesterday, but it has been resolved. If you reload or refresh tabs, it should be back to normal.

Could you try the troubleshooting below?

  • Close any Figma tabs you’re not using
  • Browser: Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.
  • Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.
