Creating multiple fade-in/out animations

I’m new to Figma. I’ve watched some tutorials on creating micro animations, but I’m having trouble replicating a specific animation on the Klaviyo home page. If you scroll down the page, you’ll see four columns of animation where certain elements fade in and out based on whether you scroll over the entire column. Would anybody know how I’d get started re-creating these multiple fade-in/out animations in Figma? Thank you so much!

If that’s the case, you can utilize Smart Animate.
