Copy file with instances

Hi,
I know someone who copied a professional file into their personnal project for portfolio purposes, despite NDA.
All the instances are still related to the design system file of the organisation.
Can the organisation know that the file has been duplicated, or that the components are used outside of the organization, and which account are using them ?
For the duplicate, other posts says that it’s not possible to track copies, but my questions is specific to the case with instances still attached to a main file (that can be tracked with design system analytics features for example)
