Cheat sheet for Figma element icons?

RobertF

When I watch Figma tutorial vlogs and I’m looking at a Figma page, in the Layers section on the left, you’ll see all of the elements on the page. And to the left of each element, you’ll see an icon (e.g. a hashtag “#” next to a Frame element).

Is there a cheat sheet somewhere that shows and describes all of the various element icons that Figma uses?

Sometimes I’ll see an element but I don’t know what the icon to its left represents.

Thanks!

There is indeed such a cheat sheet! @Mr.Biscuit has compiled these glyphs and made them available in a free community file called Figma Symbols. And they’re all text objects, so you can copy+paste them quite easily:
