Changing SSO provider, user account stuck in SCIM

We switched our SSO provider from OKTA to Microsoft Azure-AD, and in the process I have an user account stuck in a “pending (SCIM)” – which was only set for OKTA.

The admin interface do not let us delete this user/account, as it says has to be done via the SSO provider, which is not anymore available.

What can be done, or is this only something FIGMA support can do in the backend?
