First, are you having this issue on the desktop app, or Figma on the web? If both, how are you going about copying/pasting/deleting the layers?
Are you trying to do so from the layers panel? Or are you right clicking on the objects/layers themselves in the canvas?
Just to cover all bases – you’ve completely restarted your computer and tried again, correct? Does this still happen after that?
