Automatically swap component variant when resizing containing frame

Hello. Is it possible to swap automatically swap components variants based on the container’s width? Basically wanting to change components at each breakpoint, like in this plugin?

      but I guess Adam & Una made it possible to present using a very complex variable modes system (given they have access to unlimited modes thus they could utilize more than 4 states of each component size)
