Admin Settings vs Settings is confusing

It took me a long while today to figure out where Billing settings was. I have a Personal and work account, and I didn’t realize that when I invited members to my personal account for temporary projects that I would be billed $15/mo for each user, meaning that I incurred a monthly fee I was unaware of until my card was just declined due to being expired. I would suggest making it clear that when you invite collaborators that will increase your monthly fee, and would make the Admin Settings more obvious from the top level navigation menu. It took me FOREVER to find the little icon next to my Personal team account. There are settings for me as a user and I believe those should be called Profile and then there are my Account Settings, and both should be made clear in this dropdown.
