You have a skeleton for the rest of the landing page. I often create a new file from a template, because of different load times. Would be a better experience if Developer templates are shown as a loading skeleton so that the UI does not jump and thereby lets the user pick something unintentionally. I have created quite a few Async Standup files and it annoys me
