Hi, there is some problem with me, I paid by 1 year. Why does locked my project?
I just test figjam 1 day with my friend, and I didn’t have any information that I must pay for 2 seats. It’s unacceptable!!! How can I fix that?? Do I must pay for the 2 seats then unlock the project???
Same with me as well not sure WHy ?

I have the same issue. There was another editor seat was opened and billed without my notice. I have changed the editor seat to viewer seat. Unfortunately my paid account is locked. How to fix this
