When copying text, I, as a developer, intend to apply it the way it was copied, to avoid problems with incorrect manual adjustments.
But this does not happen when we use the feature to change the capitalization of a text (Case). If the designer set the text to be changed to uppercase, and I copy it in Dev Mode, it will remain in lower case, even showing in UPPER CASE in the Figma file.
For creation mode, I think that the text should not be converted even for creation adjustments, but in Dev Mode it is very important that when I copy the text it comes with the right characters for use.
I say this because I had a problem with this recently, the text was in capital letters and I was trusting that I had copied everything correctly, then I discovered that the problem was that it didn’t actually convert the characters.
