想要搜索文件名,现在找文件真的好麻烦!!!!!
I add an icon library to my file. When swapping instances, I would like a property to have the icons form a specific category within the library file suggested. I used the “select all instances” in the selection menu, but when adding more icons to the category, the new ones were not included when the library were updated - as it was a checkbox, I assumed it would keep selecting all in the category when new icons were added.
Hello! I use Figma for large projects and really, really don’t want folders within folders. Straight to 3-4 levels Can you add such functionality?
I have been in need of this feature for months now. What I have to do to check a variable value forever is to make a component with 4 states, that checks if it changed, if it did do smth, if it didnt go to state 2. On state 2 wait 10ms then go back to state 1. Adding a Forever argument to components would be realy appreciated by my whole team
I would like the ability to select an element and get the version history for just that element. Case: Who put this here? Sometimes I’ll find a text comment or otherwise something has changed in my designs, but I’m not sure who did the change. It would be nice to be able to see exactly who did what to individual elements.
Hi, I’ve been working with different texts. It’s good that all text fields can be connected to variables. However for each text I need to go to all the text-related fields and choose the proper variables. Is it possible somehow to group and save a bunch of text-related variables as a single ‘style’ so I can load the whole group for a paragraph? It’s something similar to the current text Styles, but all the properties to be connected to variables. Thank you.
Hi, It would be very helpful if you implement percentage in all Figma fields where HTML allows it (width, height, text, margin, padding, corner, etc.). Thank you.
Hi, It would be very useful if you allow to have variables of different types in one group. For example I have a group Primitives and another Component Functioning, where I would like to keep all variables related to different component. I have a component Cake Box where I need to keep a boolean, several number and several string variables. Thank you!
Could you please make it possible the code shown in Dev Mode to be available for editing? There are some HTML features available in HTML, which are not available in Figma. I don’t like that Figma containers are set to ‘flex’. The normal HTML flow goes with default block containers. I’m both a designer and a front-ender. I have a ready HTML/CSS/React site functioning and I have decided to remake it in Figma. Guess what, I can’t! Figma is very limited. I can’t use percentage, I can’t use z-index, I can’t use grid…
Variables would be so much easier to control if similar to styles, I could select a number of frames and see which variables were referenced in the right panel
When creating a new design file, the onboarding starts and ends with the same bit of information - Highlighting UI kits. Is this intentional?
It’s handy to have recent items in the quick actions bar but every tab has its own history of recent actions which forces to type the same actions again and again. Also it would be great to not reset the history after closing/reloading a tab.
Hello, in some cases I use the flow description a lot, I need to put a lot of information there so that the development team knows what to do. Would it be possible for the Description edit window to be resizable? It is difficult to work with a lot of text in such a small space.
Underline details is a great feature but please consider: Including underline styling in the Copy/Paste Properties function (⎇⌘C,⎇⌘V). When there are px measurements in the Thickness and Offset fields, make 🡓🡑 keys work the same as they do in other Figma fields with px. Right now 🡓🡑 keys change values by ±0.1 px, and ⇧🡓/⇧🡑 change values by 1 px (should change by 1 px and 1 px * grid nudge amount correspondingly).
Whenever I manually input a value into any fields, after I press enter the value is applied and the field becomes unselected. This is fine for when I know exactly the number I want. But more often I just try out a couple of options, like padding or dimensions to see what fits better. In Sketch the field stays active, so I input a value, like 8, press enter, see how it looks and then just press another number on my keyboard without having to select the 8 I just put in it again. It’s not a problem for me to unselect a value in a field by clicking anywhere on the screen or pressing Esc, because with this I would signal completion of my intended action, there is no need to do that for me. Now it is quite frustrating because as soon as I hit Enter and press any number, it just changes the opacity of my selected object. I am in Beta, so please add this to the working version.
Bullet points aren’t wrapping/indenting properly in the comment box:
Lists look weird Instead of items being left-aligned and start at the same level, they are right aligned? Looks [ugly] tbh, and doesn’t make sense as text after the item will be different lengths, why introduce more unevenness (if that description makes sense) pls change
We’ve had our design system for a few years now, and as we change and grow our system i find that deprecating old components and relinking it to new components really tedious. Ideally i would like to adapt old components but sometimes i no longer need variants as i can just merge them together with other variants. Being able to relink older variants that are currently existing to other variants like a find and replace situation but for components would be really helpful, instead of just saying ‘this no longer exists, recreate component’ like no, its gone for a reason, please relink it to something else.
When I am distributing vertically or horizontally, in the older UI, the value the auto version of it makes is right by that control. In the new UI, the control to do distribution is in the side menu under Position/Alignment… While the value for that is now in Layout/Spacing. It is not clear that the control in one part of the UI can be adjusted in a completely other part. This one change does feel like the ‘cheese’ got moved too far and it would be easier to see this change by where the original action was carried out.
When editing the same kind of property in different frames in the file, it is frustrating to have to expand the property area every time. For example, if I were to edit the stroke of a frame of multiple frames (to different values), I would have to expand the stroke section every time I click on a new frame. In addition, now that the selection colors are even more collapsed in UI3, it takes a lot of clicks to expand it and edit a color that is at the bottom of that list. I wish Figma would remember that I prefer these properties expanded and keep them expanded for every frame in the file.
The new text size for controls is really small, is there a way to bump it up a little?
Hi, wonder if anybody else noticed this, but it’s a small change in the new UI that really slowed down my workflow. In the old UI, when you hit the (K) shortcut for the scale tool and then hit (Tab), the focus would switch to the width setting in the scale tool. This helped me scale things much quicker if I knew the width that I wanted. In the new UI, hitting the (Tab) after (K) switches the focus to the scale direction tool due to the new layout. I don’t find that much use for the scale direction tool and I feel like the previous layout felt quicker and more useful. Wondering if anybody else used the scale tool in this way or is my case a bit to specific?
Sometimes, I accidentally apply CAPS LOCK to each word in a sentence instead of setting the capitalization at the style, variable, or component level. Later, I realize I want the text to be in sentence case, but simply switching it to sentence case doesn’t override the manually applied CAPS. I wish there was a way to force it to change to sentence case regardless.
To the Figma development team, I’m thrilled with the multi-edit feature for its quick editing capability. However, it’s currently limited to design variants. Could it also support broader edits, such as auto layout adjustments across multiple pages or screens? The Select Matching Layers feature doesn’t always perform as effectively as multi-edit in these cases.
Hey there, mates! Wouldn’t it be awesome if pressing the up arrow while on the first item in a list automatically selected the last item, and vice versa? 🔄 This wrap-around selection feature could make navigation in Figma faster and more intuitive for power users and keyboard lovers! What do you think? 💡🎉 ![Captura de Tela 2024-11-20 às 11.21.33|252x413](upload://abs4OJWdfJt64So6DuNf24LVSxi.png
