I would love to see when someone has made a change to a file as well. It would help me be able to identify if people make optimal use of their licence, as well as use the log if my org has suspicions someone isn’t working.

Alternatively this might be solved by being able to download the textual version history of a file, but inside the activity log would make more sense in my eyes.

Hey @Anne_Finn, thanks for the feedback!

We’ve moved your reply and turned it into a feature request. We’ll pass this onto our team for future consideration and use Votes from the community to gauge overall interest.

It’s strange that this is not here. And surely this information should be easy to find. You already store this information in the version history, why not just use this as a way to determine if someone made an edit or not. Every time I need to review our licence I look at people that have been active. And this works for a small team, but ours has doubled now we have a lot of people with Figma licences that are not actively contributing. As of now I need to be safe and just rescind permissions because i can’t say for certain who actually needs editing permissions.

I wish there would be a way to retain the filter settings when downloading user activity reports via “Get CSV” from the Admin panel.

Filtering the information by events/activity works great in the tool. However, it would be helpful for the .csv file to contain only filtered information (so that mimics what I see online) instead of a file containing all events to do some analysis re specific events/actions taken over time.
