Mapping out flows as part of UX design is critical. There are plugins for this, and we can copy shapes and connector lines from FigJam into Figma… but they can be much more accessible than they are today.
In current state, I need to open a FigJam file every time I design so I can copy stickies, shapes, and connector lines into my Figma file for annotation and user flow mapping.
It would be great to just have this toolbar directly accessible in Figma files, too!

File organisation wise it's also a nuisence. I have a figjam for a design file but they are part of the same project at the same level, whereas the figjam supports the design.
I'd like to be able to add a Figjam frame (or at least a page) to a design where I can sketch with a pen/tablet as part of the ideation/design process, keeping it together with the designs in a project.
The connector part of this is the one that hurt me the most, so I ended up building a plugin for it.
Flow Pro draws FigJam-style arrows directly in a Design file: they stay attached to frames, re-route with right angles when you move things, and you style the whole diagram at once (colour, thickness, corner radius, labels). It will not bring stickies or the rest of the FigJam toolbar, but for user flow arrows it removes the copy-from-FigJam loop completely.

That was exactly my workflow, and it's why I ended up building a plugin for it — Snapflow. It brings the real FigJam node types into a Design file:
connectors, 30 shapes with editable text, sticky notes in the standard FigJam colours, tables, and the stamp/reaction set. No second file to keep open.
They're the genuine native nodes, so connectors stay attached and re-route when you move things, and everything keeps working once the plugin closes.
