Add Outline and Outline Offset (like in CSS)

Would love to have the ability to apply outlines and outline offsets that will not mess up my alignement. Similar to how it’s done on CSS. For example if I have a button that I want to design a focused state for I currently have no simple way to do it (I have to nest it in several layers and again the padding will remain)

Moving from “stroke” to “borders” and “outlines” is a lot better in my opinion
