The ProblemWhen working on long artboards, particularly for mobile designs or landing pages, selecting the entire artboard is inefficient. If I am scrolled to the bottom of the page, I have to scroll all the way back to the top just to click the artboard's name/title. This breaks the design workflow for a very common action. Proposed SolutionAllow a user to select an artboard from any point within its boundaries. A possible implementation could be: When the user hovers over an empty area of an artboard, its name (e.g., "iPhone 14 Pro - 1") appears as a clickable tooltip or overlay. Clicking this name would select the entire artboard frame. This provides a quick selection method without interfering with selecting other layers, as it would only appear over the artboard's empty background. BenefitThis feature would significantly speed up workflow and reduce unnecessary scrolling, making the design process smoother for anyone working with long-format content.

Please include 3:1 arrow end terminations. 1:1 ratio arrows look goofy.On the left is what is currently available with Figma. On the right is a moc up of what I’m asking for.   

1. Describe the bug/issue you’re running into? I can’t resize sticky notes manually - this would be really nice though. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or a feature, but it feels like a missing Feature. 2. Are you able to consistently reproduce it? If so what are the steps? Yes. Post a Sticky… try to change it. 3. Share a screenshot, recording, console log, link to the file, etc. 4. Is the issue only happening in desktop app or a specific browser , or both? I can only test it in the browser Mircosoft edge (company policy…) 5. What OS/version and/or browser/version are you using? Mircosoft Edge Version 90.0.818.42

It seems that it is only possible to change the radius of a rectangle by using the handles in a newly drawn or pasted rectangular shape but it is not possible to adjust the radius of a frame. There are also no way in the right panel to enter a specific value. Use case: I am pasting a mobile design from a Figma Design file into Figma Slides and want to round the corner of the frame and that is not possible.

I can’t imagine this feature request isn’t already out there in the wild in various forms, but I can’t find it and it’s a glaring black hole when it comes to basic UI design.We’ve all needed to build (or at the very least encountered) a UI element that opens an overlay on click or hover (help text, nav drop-downs, etc.)And yet, here we are in Figma in 2025, where building such interactions into a component that lives on a separate page with other neatly organized components BREAKS THE INTERACTION when an instance of said component is placed on other pages.It’s like one of the most basic use cases and Figma cannot handle it. Not without janky “workarounds” that ignore the real problem. (Just saying, if the majority of what I try to do in Figma requires a “workaround,” there are deeper issues.)

In the current implementation of Figma’s Version History, timestamps are displayed in relative terms such as “25 days ago” or “1 month ago.” While this provides a general indication of when a change occurred, it falls short in scenarios where users need to locate a specific version tied to an exact date or time. Proposal:To enhance usability, I propose the addition of a tooltip that reveals the full date and time when hovering over these relative timestamps. For example, placing the cursor over “25 days ago” could display “17 June 2025, 14:43.”Although this solution may not be exhaustive, it would significantly improve the user’s ability to identify and retrieve specific versions with greater precision, all without disrupting the existing user interface. 

It’s already possible to link a Jira ticket to the Figma file. It would be great to be able to do the same with a clickup ticket.

Sometimes when trying to add a trigger to an object, I cannot choose a trigger (e.g. “on click” or “after delay”) because it’s already taken, even though no prototyping noodle is showing up. In the prototyping panel I then notice that the action is set to “none”. I wish that I could just overwrite a prototyping trigger from the interaction panel if the action is set to “none”.

It is possible to shift click an input that has the “apply variable” icon on hover.I suggest having the same functionality across all inputs where you can apply a variable to. Would save a lot of clicks! Example (currently): i can shift click ‘line height’ input to open the variables paneli cannot shift click the ‘fonts’ input to open the variables panel

Hello! is it possible in "Scope" to split the value of "Gap" into "Gap" and "Padding". I want to configure "Gap" and "Padding" separately from each other.

Hey community,I’d love to see more basic animations to improve the prototyping experience:Figma lacks “fade in” or “slide in” animations, which could be triggered automatically as the screen is initiated. This would notably improve the prototypes without the need to resort to extra tools or to create extra screens to bootstrap the microanimation.What do y’all think?  

Inspired by CorelDRAW, I’d love to suggest a mini canvas magnifier or navigator panel in Figma. This panel would show a zoomed-out view of the entire canvas and highlight your current viewport or selected objects.It helps users: Instantly locate small or misplaced elements Navigate large design files with ease Avoid excessive zooming in/out Improve focus and workflow efficiency This would be especially helpful for large UI kits, multi-page prototypes, or messy exploratory files.Here’s a visual reference from CorelDRAW (screenshot attached).Would love to hear the community's thoughts — do you think this would boost your workflow too?

Hi, I upgraded to the full plan in hopes of using Figma beta AI (Figma make). Is there any way I can create a new frame using AI, then copy it / copy elements of it into my own projects? Thank you 

When an active branch is open, making the main branch read-only can help prevent accidental changes to the main file. This would reduce the chances of someone (like myself) mistakenly editing the main branch when they meant to be working in a separate branch. Sometimes I don’t even realize I’m still on the main branch until after making changes—this feature would help avoid that confusion.

Issue:Currently, the Community tab automatically closes when switching to another tab, and the app does not save the last viewed state for the next access. I can’t see the pin tab function in the action menu of this tab  Can not find the pin action 

I get so many bogus requests for Dev seats from our team members who accidentally click the request button because of how it is placed in the UI.It is very annoying. Could you please make it so that once a request is denied a member can’t re-request Dev seat?

The pink dashed selection box (keyboard navigation focus indicator) appears when pressing Tab on the canvas. It often gets stuck and disrupts the design workflow. There is no option to disable or hide it permanently.Please add a toggle in Preferences to disable the keyboard focus highlight for users who don’t need it. This would help keep the canvas clean and avoid accidental activations.

When you have a number of identical (or comparable) elements and they haven’t already been made into a component, it would be great to be able to:Select each element individually (e.g., a banner within a series of mocked screens) Add these selections into a pile/group within the left or right sidebar Choose one “exemplar” to represent the group Create & replace each selection in place within each frame/screen with a component created from the exemplar(4) could leverage the same UI as Library updates, where you can review each new instance as compared to its current state before confirming its update. 

I would like to have ability to animate overlay in/out animation with more variety of interesting or existing animation that could enhance prototyping experience.

While Figma doesn’t have a built-in URL shortener, so, we currently use external tools, like browser extensions or third-party appsBy adding this feature, we can easily share Figma designs and prototypes with others via shortened URLs.I noticed this feature in google form. while sharing google form link to user for submitting . google form gives 2 option LONG URL or you can Short your Url itself. so, I think if figma will add this feature while sharing prototype long URLs to short url. So, it will impact many users and process will be smooth . beacuse final output url will be short and shown as great 

I would love it if notes were presented as element boxes below the rows of slides. That way I can see the big picture while working on the slides.   

I know there are (paid) plugins that will convert code to Figma files, but I wish this was a feature that Figma could do natively. I think there’s an area that Figma feels natural for and that’s helping to bridge the gap between design and development. And I know, yes, there’s Dev Mode. But imagine if, for example:You could connect to your Storybook account, and your components port through to Figma. The design file in Figma stays up to date, even when designs slightly change between design and go-live (design drift). And again, I know there is a plugin that does specifically this, but for small scrappy teams it just isn’t feasible to pay hundreds of dollars a month for something like this. Feels like a no-brainer.

Please consider supporting code generation in Figma Make using frameworks like Vite, Angular, or Vue, especially since Create React App (CRA) is being sunset. These alternatives are more modern, actively maintained, and better aligned with current frontend development practices. A similar feature request for Angular support was already suggested here:  

I’d like to be able to see applied variables on connection lines and also connection lines caused by conditionalsI am currently building a complex online form with 30+ variables, but debugging this becomes cumbersome if I can’t see where I have set variables.
