It seems that all the emails I was getting previously on approved seats has disappeared. The only settings available to me now are for auto-approved seats. However, as I’m working in an organisation with multiple admins I would still like to get an overview every day on the approved seats by my peers. Is there a way to re-enable the general emails for approved seats, regardless if these were auto-approved seats?

One of the issues that I’m encountering is because their is now viewport height or width options, you aren’t actually able to independently scroll multiple frames. Ie if you want to be able to scroll a side menu bar independentally of the content. You actually aren’t able to do this unless you set a specific height for the page and then clip the content to be able to scroll the overflow.The issue with this is because the you have defined a fixed height for the page, it’s not actually recognising the dimensions of the viewport, so if the viewport in the browser window changes it’s size relative to the fixed height you specified in the Figma Sites. It actually breaks the scroll behaviour because you haven’t been able to tell the page that the actual height of the page it needs to be referencing is not the fixed height defined in Figma Sites but should in fact be 100% fill to the vertical viewport height instead.

I’ve been using Figma as a guest collaborator and I wanted to share a bit of feedback. When I click on a team that has shared a project with me, I’m taken to a team overview page that appears empty or says I’m not a member—despite having access to a project. I only see the shared project by navigating through Recents, which feels a bit unintuitive.It would make for a smoother experience if I could be taken directly to the project I have access to, or at least see it listed within the team view instead of a blank page. I think this change could reduce confusion for guest users and make collaboration easier. 

In the right panel of Figma Design, when opening the Variables dropdown menu or applying variables for any numeric input (Corner radius, Gap, Padding...). Next to each token, there is a new thumbnail representing a number value “1234”. It’s disturbing the reading of my variables. How can I go switch to the previous dropdown design ?Thank you 

If you have selected an object such as an artboard or screen (or have selected it by mistake), including many nested text objects - typing “Control-B” BOLDS / UNBOLDS all text in the selected object, including all nested text… While I can see for simple objects this is convenient… It’s a HUGE PROBLEM if you have a large screen or perhaps an Artboard that has a bunch of screens on it… Its very easy when using the keyboard to accidentally select the artboard by mistake, It is very easy to accidentally type CTRL B while copy / pasting objects (intending to press CTRL-V) or using other keyboard shortcuts… The result is that ALL of your text becomes BOLD!! Your entire text on all of your elements on all screens if you select the parent screen by mistake… If you don’t notice this for say 20 minutes and continue working, it is near impossible to fix...This is massively broken as it becomes a huge pain in the ass if you discover that all of your text weights are now incorrect throughout all yo

No matter how hard I try, when I want to search for an asset, I forget that I have to switch to the asset tab first. I always have to X out of my search and switch back to the asset tab, then search again. It would be helpful to add Assets to the “This page/all pages” filter list.To me it’s confusing that the search icon is in line with both the File and Assets tab when you are on the File tab. This implies I can search both.When you switch to the Assets tab, the search bar is below which implies you only search in assets.

Maybe even color-code them or collapse/expand tab groups? 🔥 This small feature could make a huge difference for designers, especially in larger teams or during fast-paced sprints.  🗣️ Let’s Discuss: Do you also feel overwhelmed by too many open tabs in Figma? Might there be scope to prioritize the development of a Chinese-language version of Figma? Such a localization initiative would not only streamline operations for Chinese-speaking users but also significantly augment productivity across our team. I trust this proposal warrants consideration, as it aligns with the goal of fostering a more inclusive and efficient design ecosystem.

When I am building a flow chart in figjam, I use different shapes for different reasons (this is a common pattern in flowcharts, like the cylinder shape represents a database). I notice that when I select a shape, the next time I want to select one the shape has moved to the top of the list. It seems that they are ordered by how often I use each one. This is super inconvenient, because it makes it difficult to know where to select each shape:(a) I can’t even visually categorize the shapes (if I’m looking for a cylinder, I’d expect all cylinder options to be listed together) (b) I can’t find the option I just selected, because it’s now moved based on how often I’ve used it.

Using figma as a developer since 2021 also managing the billing on behalf of the company. The payment require for devs is stupid idea. Get payment for designing thats fine but why for devs? It does not make sense! Time to move on!

When using the grid, it would be helpful if we could change the color of the strokes or fills per row or column. other wise we can not control if the horizontal lines are different color than vertical

I love the radial repeat tool! Please consider including this feature in the Figma Design interface, it is a disjointed experience to have to switch to Draw to access this specific feature. Thank you.

The contrast checker is wrong as far as I can see.  I checked the same colour on the same background in the same element and got 2 different reading. One said pass and one said fail and the pass was 3.29:1 when a pass should be 4.5:1   

I absolutely cannot believe it’s not as easy as selecting the prototype wire and then grabbing the origin circle and moving it to another element, just like you can do with the destination (arrowhead).Please give me a use case where it’s more common for users to want to create another interaction of the same element going to a different destination than it is for a user to rewire an origin point.The only use case that springs to mind is when wiring up internal component variations, but I always do that via the Interactions palette and select the variation from the pull-down menu rather than manually drag the connections. Maybe I’m not the average user here, but it seems like Figma could have easily reimagined their wiring UI to facilitate changing the origin. Like make that the default behaviour and then add Opt/Alt to create a new wire from the same origin.

I’ve been loving Slides for getting quick user feedback. However, it looks like the Poll and Alignment widgets may preview what other audience members have voted when you hover over options. Would it be possible to hide responses from other voters until they are revealed by the presenter to reduce bias?

I see that the Code Connect feature is currently only available in the Enterprise or Organization plans, which only support annual billing. This is quite a significant expense for my team. I need to be cautious before committing to this feature without experiencing it first. Could I request a trial opportunity before paying for it? Additionally, is there any plan to include this feature in the Professional Team package? Thank very much~

I wanted to delete and recreate a post that I accidentally created as a “Question” when I wanted to create is as a “Conversation”, but I realized I can’t delete the post because there is no delete button anywhere.

When I try to duplicate a variable, the "Delete" and "Duplicate" buttons are placed next to each other and look identical , I often miss and accidentally delete it… ( 

Hi Figma Team,I love using Figma – it’s an incredibly powerful tool for design collaboration. However, I noticed that once a user sets a profile picture, there’s no option to remove it and revert to the default avatar. Currently, the only options are to change the picture, but not delete it entirely.It would be great if you could consider adding a “remove” or “delete” option, so users have the flexibility to go back to the default avatar if they wish.Thanks for your amazing work, and looking forward to future improvements!

Hello, I know some of you already submitted feedback regarding Figma Grid in Beta and I share the same frustrations regarding rows and columns attribution/organization and size management. Would be great to be able to just select a grid’s column or row or multiple and handle bulk edit. Removing rows and columns are really a pain. I have another issue and wanted to see if it’s a shared one? If I remove a content from a grid cell, or if I move some around and then decide to undo what I’ve done with ctrl +z, I have no history of what has been done in the cell, it’s gone :(. Does it happen to you guys also? 

I was editing some screens and Fimga just popped me to the home screen and showed me an advertisement for their new AI. This was so disruptive and disrespectful to the task I was trying to do. And it made me SO angry that I had to spend the time writing this feedback--and now I have to get back to WHAT I WAS TRYING TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE. 

Maybe I’m missing something (and I know it’s in beta right now so I’ll manage my expectations accordingly), but it doesn’t seem like you can set a min/max on a container with the new grid auto layout option? It seems like such an odd decision to intentionally remove it for no good reason (that I can see) I wanted to ask and see if everyone else is missing this or if it’s just me?

Working with my library closed consumes less memory, so that's why I do it - but everytime I hit that button it opens my library and takes me away from the file I'm working on.I work with low DPI (650), so I feel like that my issue isn't about not being able to hit the instance dropdown, but rather the proximity of the click area of the elements.Does anyone feel the same?
