Request alert always shows edit even if they just want to view

When a request is made to view a file by a new user the alert says the user wants to “Edit” this file even if the user just wants to “View”. This is very annoying because edit seats cost money and view doesn’t so it slows down the process of others viewing files. Figma, please update this or explain why it happens. Thank you
