Hello Figma Support Team,

 

I am a current university student and recently signed up for Figma with my university email address.
While applying for the Education plan, I encountered a “Verification limit exceeded” error from SheerID.

I would like to kindly ask if you could manually review my student eligibility.
I am happy to provide any required documents such as a student ID or proof of enrollment.

I have submitted proper verification documents to sheerID and am met with the exceeded message. I have contacted sheerID and cc’d Figma support in the emails. I have not received any response from Figma and SheerID permanently closed my case even after I did what was asked. Can someone please assist with this as I need Figma for various classes within my degree program?

I do not have the ability to review education plan requests/information, so getting in contact with our education is the next best step.
