I appreciate the explanation of your situation, but Config 2026 is completely sold out.  All promo codes expired at the beginning of June. The good news is you can still be part of Config 2026 virtually for free. You'll get access to all the keynotes and breakouts in real time, by registering over at config.figma.com.

Hi ​@djv, ​​@Celine_  — I'm reaching out about the same issue and hoping you might be able to help escalate my case to the Config team.

I've already submitted a support ticket (#1954065), but haven't heard back yet, and the conference is just around the corner.

My entire design team is traveling to San Francisco for Config 2026 — we've all booked flights and arranged visas. Unfortunately, our finance department forgot to purchase my ticket despite my written request on April 2nd, and by the time we caught the mistake, in-person tickets were sold out.

Would you be able to escalate this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, as mentioned in this thread, Config 2026 is completely sold out and we're at capacity. I'm sorry given all the effort your team has put into organizing the trip.

We hope you'll be able to join us virtually at config.figma.com (all keynotes and breakouts will be available in real time for free!).
