How can I contact the sales team?

Hi. We have a plan to introduce Figma as a UI design tool.

So I have been trying contact Figma sales team over a week, but no one  answers.

 

How can I contact?

Hi, thank you for your response!

 

We’re not sure which plan would be the best fit for us, so we’d like to hear more about the differences between the Organization and Enterprise plans.

 

Our team has around 9 members in total, and we expect about 3 to 7 people to use Figma. Could you let us know how the pricing works depending on the plan and number of seats?

 

Also, when we try to access Figma from our company network, the page doesn’t load from the start—possibly due to a firewall issue. If you could also share any solutions or guidelines for this kind of issue, that would be greatly appreciated.

Would the Professional Plan also be available for us?

We’re a small team just getting started.

 

We’re considering either the Dev or Full seat options with annual billing.

The number of seats may vary, but we expect to need around 3 to 7 seats.

Hi. When I executed Figma app from my Windows PC in our office, I met this message:

 

“You can’t access this resource

Contact the owner, an admin, or support for assistance.

[Try again]   [Close tab]

For help, visit help.figma.com or contact support@figma.com

"

 

There is nothing I can do but to see this message.

 

I couldn’t find suitable solution in “Troubleshooting Checklist”.

 

I think this may be due to firewall issue.

Could you give me any solution about this network connection problem?

If I should open our firewall, could you give me the destination IPs?

 

It would be very appreciate to help me.
