I’m being charged twice for my Professional account yet I can’t access the professional account features. That in itself is another issue that I have yet to figure out how it happened. My main issue is; I’m inside of Figma Slides trying to add a background video and being notified that I need to upgrade my account in order to access this feature (adding background videos to slides). The strange thing is I’ve already added a background video... Again, I’m for some reason being charged for two professional accounts and your system is telling me I’m in a starter plan… I’ve tried logging out and logging back in with no resolve. I’m starting to get frustrated as I can’t get in contact with anyone to discuss the issue in detail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
