please support ipad pro

JohnJJ92

Hello there, please kindly support the broswer experience on ipad pro. currently most features work but only the zoom in and zoom out through the track pad is broken when trying to edit figma design on ipad browser (safari or chrome). Please please please kindly fix it. it means that we can learn figma and use it on the go and also most of students are using ipad as a on-the-go device in campus. at home, we also plug in ipad pro m4 into large monitor given the ipadOS26 supports multi-tasking really well! thank you!

Hey @JohnJJ92 — welcome to Figma Forum and thank you for laying out why iPad support is important to your workflow.

I hear you. While some functionality may work on iPad browsers like Safari or Chrome, editing in Figma Design isn’t officially supported on mobile browsers, including iPadOS — which can lead to limited or inconsistent behavior like what you’ve described with zooming.

At this time, the Figma mobile app only supports View Only access for design files. That said, we’re tracking interest in expanded iPad functionality, and I’ll surface your feedback with the appropriate team.

For current limitations and updates, keep an eye on this article: What are the system requirements for Figma? → Mobile requirements.

Let me know if you have other questions in the meantime — always happy to help!

Jesus! What is holding you back if I may ask? It doesn’t take too much research to figure out that the interest is overwhelming.

Cheers.
