I found the following thread: Prototyping "Navigation + Scroll" | Figma Forum but it’s pretty old so perhaps it was posted before the interaction layering came out.
That said I just tried layering a “Scroll To” interaction after a Navigate interaction, and it’s not working.
Note the Y-Offset, which is how I’m targeting where to scroll to.
I tried it with and without the two State management checkboxes checked, to no avail.
Has anyone gotten this to work? The desired behavior would be to mimic navigating to an html anchor in a web page (you don’t just load the page but scroll to where the anchor is).
This is a pretty basic web interaction so I’m thinking this should be possible in Figma, especially with the interaction layering functionality.
