Hello!I have been using Figma in the browser for more than a year on this PC and this has never happened before. When I try to move or resize a selected element, the mouse jumps diagonally about 5 mm away, so I can't move anything anymore. It happened after 20 minutes of working on this file without any problem, but now the bug affects every component.(I recorded a screen capture to better understand this weird interaction.)(I may have made an error and accidentally activated an option without knowing it?)

Based on my testing, when slots are nested 3 or more levels deep and the innermost instance has a modified parameter (e.g., the innermost button has its text parameter changed to a non-default value), the get_design_context tool from Figma MCP (remote MCP) will consistently hang indefinitely and never return data. Nesting of 2 levels or fewer works fine.Additionally, if the button retains its default parameter values, no hang occurs regardless of how many nesting levels are used.Tested layer hierarchy: Layer 1 instance slot → Layer 2 instance slot → Layer 3 instance slot → Button with text parameter (changed to a non-default value)

Hello, I was charged $30.51 for my Figma subscription renewal, but I wasn’t aware that auto-renewal was enabled. I only noticed the charge today after receiving the billing notification. I have not used any of the paid features since the renewal and would greatly appreciate a refund if possible. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I created a FigJam file and the Figma Make AI feature appeared only once when the file was first created. After that, the AI option disappeared and I can no longer find the star icon or any button related to Figma Make inside the FigJam file. I need help understanding why the Figma Make AI feature is not showing anymore and how to access it again.

I’ve been working on a relatively uncomplicated web project in Figma Make for 10 weeks now. For the first two months, my monthly full-dev seat supplied all the AI credits I needed for the heavy lifting of scoping and building the site out (across more than a couple design iterations).Coinciding with a 8-10 man-hour nightmare where Figma and Supabase would not connect, and the Figma AI could not figure out any solution until I fed it enough “What if’s...” that I got to the right workaround), in the last 3-4 weeks Figma Make has been burning through AI credits like a drunken sailor. For the first two months, my Figma full-dev seat spend was $20/month...and that included four or five demo projects I did to kick the tires and see what Make could do.This month? My projected Figma invoice is going to be $286.00.

I am reporting a bug regarding my Make AI token balance. My tokens are being consumed and drained in the background, even though I have not made any active prompts or requests to the AI.It appears there might be a background looping error, or failed invisible attempts that are still charging my account without producing any output or UI updates.Could you please investigate this bug and refund the tokens that were erroneously deducted from my account? Has anyone run into this issue before?I'm trying to upgrade my Figma plan, but I keep getting this error:"and therefore must continue to pay in EUR. Please confirm your payment information works for EUR."The strange part is that the checkout page shows the price in USD, not EUR.I've already tried:multiple cards (including EUR cards) cards that worked for Figma payments before different browsers incognito mode disabling VPNNothing helped.I contacted support 4 days ago but haven't received a response yet.Any ideas on what else I can try?

Use the Swap Library feature to switch the source library to a new version/library with equivalent variables and modes.3. Observe the frames that were previously set to "Light" mode.4.  I really liked the new check design tool, but I believe I encountered a problem.When I find a color and try to replace it in side, it doesn't find the colors in my library. My design system is published and normal, it should appear, right?I've already selected it to just base it on my library, but it still doesn't find anything.I also noticed that the colors in the switch menu only appear if I create the color as a variable, but I should use it from the color styles library, right?Would you have to duplicate all colors as variables? it's not so practical if that's the solution. 

HiI have a pretty large design file. In that file I have a substantial amount of variables. They all link (aliased) to variables in another file where my primitives are placed.What I would like to achieve is to be able to copy my Design file and copy my Primitives file. I Then need the variable collection in my COPY-Design file to be relinked to my new primitive file called COPY-Primitives.I know how to use plugins for importing collections and relinking variables on components that way. But I cannot seem to find a way or a plugin where I can relink my entire variable collection to a copy of my primitives. At least not automatically. Any way I can accomplish relinking my variable collection to my new copy of my primitives without going through plus severeal hundred variables manually?Thanks.

Hi, Dear administrators or technical support experts,I had a bad experience when I ask my Figma Make to figure out a database schema of math knowledge point of junior high, actually it turned out to be a big risk for me to challenge Figma Make’s abilities for AI system connection and content offering. Here are the records of what I have met:1. I downloaded the document of knowledge point and translated it into .md format. 2. I fed the .md file to Figma who had convinced me to provide materials.3. Then the terrible experience began, Figma told me it would and could process the .md file and turn the corresponding schema result back quickly, the responses were always confident with missions always failed, again and again. Only with my impatient questioning, would Figma give me a reply, something like “OK, I will do it immediately, it will soon be finished”. And this experience had lasted nearly for 8 hours!4. I’m experiencing a persistent copy–paste issue in Figma.Whenever I copy frames or components from Figma Make to a Figma Design project, the layout gets distorted — spacing changes, auto-layout breaks, and typography styles don’t map correctly.If anyone has faced this and found a reliable solution, please share. Hey everyone, I’m hitting a massive roadblock with my design system library today and could really use some help.Suddenly, I can no longer publish any components to my library. It was working fine earlier, but now the publish action completely fails.Here is what I’ve already tried to troubleshoot:I was using the desktop app, so I tried publishing from the web browser instead. Same issue.I thought it might be a corrupted file, so I started a brand new, completely empty file, created a test component, and tried to publish it. Also tried to duplicate the original design system file. Still nothing… :(Is anyone else experiencing this right now? Hello,I have a question regarding my Figma billing and seat allocation.Previously, our workspace had 5 annual seats. When the subscription was renewed, we intentionally renewed only 2 annual seats. However, I noticed that an additional third seat was created and is being billed as a monthly seat.Could you please help me understand why this monthly seat was added and charged?Additionally, the monthly seat has been assigned to my account (Workspace Owner). I currently have an available annual seat in the workspace, but I am unable to switch my account from the monthly seat to the available annual seat because the option appears to be disabled.Could you clarify: Why the monthly seat was created and billed after the renewal? Why it was assigned to my account? How I can move my account to the available annual seat and remove the monthly seat to avoid future charges?
