I have been experiencing unusual behavior in Figma for several days. When I use Spacebar + mouse to pan, the canvas moves unpredictably in different directions while the spacebar is pressed. Refreshing Figma temporarily resolves the issue, but the glitch reoccurs frequently. I am using Figma Web.

Hello,I accidentally purchased the Professional Annual Plan ($192) instead of the monthly plan today.I contacted Figma Support immediately after the purchase and received a support ticket confirmation email.I have not used Figma at all since the purchase because I'm waiting for the support team's response.I understand that refund requests are reviewed individually, but I was wondering how long it usually takes to receive a reply from Figma Support.If anyone has had a similar experience, I'd really appreciate hearing how long it took for you to get a response.Thank you!

 Hi Figma team, I got access to the Figma Agent beta recently and honestly I was really happy about it. Used it for the first two days, no issues at all. I thought finally, something that actually feels useful in my workflow. But from day three, every single attempt threw an error. A redbox with some numbers and a "something went wrong, try again" message. I tried multiple times thinking it was a one-time glitch but it kept happening every single time.So I figured maybe it's a cache issue or something on my end. I cleared everything, fully quit Figma, and reopened it. That's when things got worse. The Agents tab in the sidebar was just gone. Not just the on-canvas stuff, the entire thing. Sidebar icon, agent interface, all of it. Like it never existed. I'm on a Professional plan with a Full seat and the files I was using are under the same team that had access. Everything checks out on my end.I really want this back. Could someone check on the backend if my access got revoked or rolled

I am unable to select texts or auto layouts within auto layout. Also i can no longer double click on texts to select within auto layouts or even edit a specific text. All these are happening inside just 1 file inside of a team project. I am the owner of the file and the team. I checked and i still have the owner access. The other person working on the file do not have the same issue as i do. Just me. I do not have this issue in other files, except this one. This issue is not even happening to other files in the same team project.What i have tried:I have switched between browsers (Used chrome and Edge) and i also tried on the APP I have loggedout of all my accounts on browser and App, cleared my cache I even registered a new account and gave can edit access to that account and still same issues (My other team member do not have that same issue) If i copy the design into a new file, i can instantly do all this things i am talking about.I need urgent help. Now when moving the Figma window to a second display on a Mac the window does not maximize to full screen anymore when the top bar of the window is double clicked. It also is not moving the menu bar, so when the window is completely on the second monitor the Figma menu bar is showing up on the original Macbook screen. I have also tested this on my work Macbook and Mac studio and saw the same results.

Hi everyone,I purchased a Figma Pro subscription yesterday, but I didn’t feel comfortable using the software. It also caused my computer to freeze or slow down every time I used it.I cancelled my subscription and submitted a refund request. Dear support team,How can I create a graphic in this format using Figma's AI? I have product images and descriptions, but how can AI help me generate such images? Currently, I haven't seen similar tutorials on other platforms (like red from Chinese social platform), and I'm unsure if purchasing Figma's AI/advanced version is worth it. So, I'd like to consult you first. Or, could you provide a trial version for a few days? 

Hi everyone!We are new to Figma using Styles and we don’t know really well how they work. Is there any way we can save (import/export) text and color styles as a library? Something like Photoshop has?Are text and color styles stored in each of the Figma Files? So if we want to copy some styles, we need to duplicate the Figma file that has those styles and start from there?  Thanks a lot!!  

When applying text styles that have associated variables attached the values presented do not respect the applied mode. For instance I have a title that has a mode for Mobile (20px), and a mode for TV (40px), when i open up the style, the default mode (in this case mobile) is displayed instead of the TV mode size. I have also observed this within grid layouts when applied it shows the default mode (26 columns). When in reality it is actually 24 columns, if you then detach the style it shows the correct number. And when detached you can see it shows the correct value Seems this was a major oversight, as it makes applying size variables pretty time consuming, as I have to check if I’ve chosen the correct size by clicking and opening up the variable list. In short it seems to default to the first default mode, instead of respecting the chosen mode. It also only seems to affect styles. Anyone else found this to be an issue?

Hi there, I was recently trying to login to Weave through Figma, But it returns an error "EMAIL/PASSWORD LOGIN ISN'T AVAILABLE, TRY GOOGLE OR MICROSOFT", and if anybody having same error then let me know. If Any person From TEAM is viewing then please let me know. 

I'm working with a Google font (Newsreader is the name, other one I'm using Red Hat is not having this issue) and every time I open the text box is changing the letter space. I select all my pages, run "Recompute text layout in selection", all the layers get updated, close the app, open the app again, select pages, run again "Recompute text layout in selection" and the text spacing changes again in all the layers that have the Newsreader font. WTF?Sometimes the spacing changes more, sometimes just a few letters. But mostly I feel it's changing back and forth between 2-3 options.Again, it doesn't happen with the other font Red Hat Display and Red Hat Text. Is this font the cause?I notice this font has multiple static files for sizes 9pt, 14pt, 24pt, 36pt, 60pt.It's a Google font, so no local files. I haven't touched my local fonts ever. On a new MacBook Air M4, with Figma App running the latest update as of today. Restarted computer and nothing changed. I’ve worked with the same design

I hope I’m phrasing my question correctly. How do I reset a button to it's default instance in the preview? I want it to go to it's default instance by clicking outside it, but I don't know how to do it. Like when you click a search bar & the cursor blinks & the bar stays highlighted until you click anywhere else beside it. Any suggestions would be very helpful, thank you.

Hello, good morningI had a file in my Figma account and unfortunately the email account I used to have that account was deleted. I got that account back but my design project is no longer available.Has that project been returned? I also submitted a ticket but I haven't received a response.I would appreciate your advice

I have two suggestions regarding the recent update: The new Agent icon is always visible next to many UI elements, even when I'm not using the Agent feature. It adds unnecessary visual noise and makes the interface feel more cluttered. It would be great if there were an option to hide these icons or only show them when the Agent is actively being used. It would also be helpful if the Figma desktop app showed a "What's New" screen after each update, similar to Telegram. A short overview of new features, improvements, and changes would make it much easier for users to discover what's new without having to look through release notes.

I’ve recently moved from Mac to Windows, so this was very frustrating to figure out as it’s a commonly used shortcut.

I’m trying to understand the current plugin monetization requirements for Figma Community.I have two questions:The documentation says that paid resources can only be published by “individual creators”.Does this mean that in the final publishing step under Author (Share as), only Individual creator can be selected, and Team  cannot be used for paid plugins?If a plugin has already been published under a Team, can the publishing author later be changed to an Individual creator to enable monetization?The documentation also mentions that creators must be “approved to sell on Community”.How is this approval obtained currently?Is there an application form, waitlist, onboarding process, or is it enabled automatically for eligible creators?

I am currently trying to follow along with a presentation and trying to present my prototype, but when I do I only get a device with a blank screen. If I click somewhere it’ll show me what I can click highlighted in blue on the phone screen, but it just remains black. I have my fill at 100% opacity and it is white.This is what it looks like if I have no device selected. With a device selected it looks like this. If I click anywhere in the presentation screen it’ll highlight blue where the buy and sell buttons are located in the last picture, but won’t display anything. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Hi,I was trying to set up code connect with github enterprise account, but the install button on github page is not responding anything.I am stuck in this step. FYI -I am on Full Seat plan(Enterprice) Logged in in Github using the EMU I am the owner of the Design Library file where I am trying to set up code connect. Is it possible to have a Figma prototype run on more than one screen at a time? For example, a three monitor set up where the central monitor can trigger files/windows to be open on the screens on either side?
