Hello, I have been trying to make this feature work with my custom template, but it seems that no matter what I do and what changes I make to the template, it still comes out wrong. Here are the main issues: every result is different, even when using same materials (texts) and template AI converts random slides to dark mode where it is not supposed to be in dark mode AI uses the Agenda slide as a section header or presentation cover Section header slides are inconsistent, always different AI makes its text + image slide on its own (not from template) AI resizes font sizes of slides it does use from template I tried:Renaming layers, auto layouts, frames, etc. to their intended purposes Detaching instances from main components (from a different file) Putting all content of a slide into a (renamed) frame to show its purpose Organizing slides based on intention (cov

After I click “Unsubscribe” it only opens the design file in Dev mode and I find nowhere to unsubscribe (or at least not clear enough to finish this task), which is pretty frustrating.

Hi everyone,I’ve been noticing something weird with my site lately and can’t really figure out what’s causing it. Sometimes it loads fine, but other times it’s either really slow or just doesn’t open on the first try. Backstory: I’m trying to create a website. I tell what i want and it makes it, no problem. Problem arises when it doesnt display the visual as i told him to do, in this case, stacked bar graphs. went over 3 versions as it says on the figma make editor and when i see older versions (ver 5 and ver 6), they display the visual exactly how i want it, but it did not display the same when figma make showed me the output. In this instance you can see in the images that i’m going to attach here.this image 1 is the output(ver 7) from figma make (this is app SS but over website was the same) and it doesnt display the stacked bar graphs like i want.image 1 this is image 2 and is the output (ver 5 / ver 6) after i go back to preview a former version. Hi, I’m new to Figma and I’m trying to bring an existing Angular project into Figma for design and editing purposes.My project is already implemented in Angular (HTML, CSS/SCSS, components), and I’d like to know: Is there a way to import an existing Angular project (UI + styles) into Figma? Can Figma automatically convert HTML/CSS into editable frames/components? Are there any recommended tools or plugins to achieve this (e.g., HTML → Figma)? What is the best workflow to sync or recreate an existing frontend project inside Figma? My goal is to: Reuse the current UI design Edit it visually in Figma Potentially iterate and export back to development Any guidance or recommended workflow would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, the figma cursor used to be small and neat. In the past few days it has suddenly grown much bigger and it glitches in the middle of work switching back to the original smaller size, and growing again when moved or used for an action. Any idea why this is happening?

Trying to publish my Figma plugin, but getting an error saying “Please fill out required fields and correct any errors”.On the frontend, I don’t see any fields highlighted with errors.When inspecting console logs, I see a ton of warnings being thrown for INVALID_SUPPORT_CONTACT even though the support contact I’ve entered is a valid email address. I’ve also tried a website url, a different email address, and nothing works.Please help. Don’t know what else to do/try here.

During March 2026, I used Figma Make with 1 Full seat purchased in February. At some point my credit balance reached zero, but Figma Make continued to function without any interruption, warning, or usage cap. No error messages were shown. The only information I found about this behavior was in community discussions suggesting that credit limits were "not enforced yet" during early access.After my subscription renewed (after March 18), my admin checked the billing dashboard and found usage immediately displayed as 6,266 / 3,000 — more than 2x the monthly limit. No image loaded when publishing 

Hello Figma Community and Support Team,I am reaching out here as a last resort. I have submitted the contact form multiple times over the past [Time Period, e.g., two weeks] regarding a persistent issue, but I have yet to receive a resolution or a definitive follow-up. I understand the team is busy, but this is currently blocking my workflow/business procurement. If a community manager or support representative could please look into this or escalate my previous tickets, I would greatly appreciate it.Thank you for your time and help.

I noticed recently that the variable search suggestion is quite broken when I enter my queries. Below is a screenshot of me writing my query to filter down my results. But you can see the results don’t filter correctly. This as been the case for a while now.   

I uploaded a screenshot of my receipt/payment that included my name, my school’s name, the date, and the enrollment quarter, but it was denied. I did cover certain areas containing personal information, but all of the requested and relevant information is still visible. Is there any way to request a person look at it? Excited to get more experience with Figma!

  I'm using Figma's Simple Design System (SDS). I added a new Mode to the Typography Primitives collection so I can switch to a different font.When I tested it directly in the SDS project file itself, I can easily select the mode and change to a different font without any issues.However, after I publish the SDS library and add it to another project file to use, I can no longer select or switch the mode to change the font.Does anyone know why this is happening? Please help me out. Thank you!

Hello!I have been using Figma in the browser for more than a year on this PC and this has never happened before. When I try to move or resize a selected element, the mouse jumps diagonally about 5 mm away, so I can't move anything anymore. It happened after 20 minutes of working on this file without any problem, but now the bug affects every component.(I recorded a screen capture to better understand this weird interaction.)(I may have made an error and accidentally activated an option without knowing it?)

Hi,Despite having paid plan and full seat, when creating a new Figma Make file i simply don’t see this “Create kit” feature.Also can’t make Figma see my libraries.Did anybody have similar problem?

Alpha information from layer, invertedExportFrame colors Png exports have weird dithered gradients and no option to export in 10 bit. I have to resort to exporting pdfs, because exporting smoothed corners as an svg deletes smoothing.

I have a Full Seat. My Admin purchased extra AI credits for the month. When I send a file to Figma Make, I get the message “Your Full seat in xxxx’s team is out of AI credits until they reset on Apr x.” When I check the AI Balance it shows 5.4k credits left out of 7.5k for the month. 

A few months ago, I setup a figma account for uni-related work using Google SSO with a temporary google account (format: ...@gtempaccount.com). Recently Google had upgraded it to a full google account, which involves a change in the gmail address (format: ...@gmail.com).When I tried to sign in to the figma account using the google account as per usual, it created a new figma account instead of signing me back into the original one. I tried to recover access by using the old temporary google account address, but that didn’t work because it was retired in the upgrade process.I have important files there that I need to access urgently, and I see no other possible way to access that original figma account. I tried all other available sign-in methods and none lead me back to that figma account.I have valid proof of the email upgradation, as well as viewer-only access to a figma file owned by that original figma account.
