On professional plan with monthly billing



Once a seat is approved, it will be automatically added to your next invoice. The cost of the seat will be prorated based on the day it was approved until the end of your subscription term.



Does the “your subscription term” refer to as long as my organization has a professional plan or until the number of seats is decreased?

Your subscription term will be for the remainder of your current billing cycle. For example, if you’re on a Professional plan with monthly billing, your subscription term will be one month. If you’re on an annual plan, your subscription term will be one year.
