I wanted to provide a follow-up and hopefully offer some clarity.

Currently, channel notifications for comments in a branch are not supported. However, I was able to receive a notification via the Figma Slack app. When a separate account posts a comment in a branch file, a notification is triggered.

I understand this may not be the most ideal solution, but for the time being, it’s the only method to receive such notifications.
