Selection colors panel stays open but Fill and stroke panels doe not when using colors

Is there something i’m missing?

When I’m using the color panel from Fill (or stroke) the panel closes after choosing a color.
When I’m using the “selection color” panel the panel stays open.

In my opinion the behaviour should be the same between to two, and I would prefer the panel to stay open.

It looks like the behaviour is even more wierd than I thought. When choosing color variables the panel stays open. But when I choose a style the panel also instantly closes… Leaning more towards a bug now than a suggestion for improvement.
