Hey, I’m designing an Application and started to add some life into it, but since few days Figma does not allow me to add interactions. Everything is in a frame and it still does not want to add interactions.

or restart your Figma (close and open it again)!
Did both, but still nothing happens. Tried to invite a friend, he also has no prototype options.
It happened to me too. The option “Interactions” only appeared when the frames were not inside a group. Maybe it’s the same for you.
