As a Pro user,I am so frustrated by the new version of Figma. Not only did it disrupt my flow with such a new layout, but also its responsiveness is so bad that my page loads forever to open.

As for the loading time, I’ve not noticed any differences between UI2 and UI3.


Have you attempted using both the desktop application and the browser? If you have, have you observed any discrepancies in their performance? Additionally, I suggest clearing your cache in either the app or browser to see if it improves the situation.

  • The email address associated with your Figma account

  • Direct links to the files where the issue is occurring and add support-share@figma.com as an Editor to those files (this will not impact your billing)

Could you kindly verify if the “Go back to Previous UI” option appears when you click on the “?” icon? You should be able to revert to UI2 from there.
