I published a file called TV App Prototype to the community 2 days ago. However, I still can’t see it on my community profile. And I tried to search it in the community page still cannot be found.
I tried unpublishing and republishing it, but the issue persists. I’m not sure is that because I am in a starter plan, but the file I published contains customized videos (Not from the Figma Community). Could anyone please assist with this?

It might be possible that your files were in the process to be verified and that’s why you were not able to see them in the profile. Sometime it takes a bit longer.
Can you confirm if you’ve published these files now? Let me check this internally with the team, will get back to you asap.
