I’ve an issue with a Layer Blur. I’ve made some components, scale them down as I needed then add a layer blur 20%. After some time I reopen the project and see that the blur is 85.5%. Like 4 times bigger value than expected.

I’m also having this issue. I apply layer blur then like 5mins later the blur values are completely different. Super frustrating. Any one know a fix?
