Hi! I was wondering if the latest email I’ve got from “figma” is a real survey request or if it is just spam. I’ve attached a screenshot below.

Hey @Vanessa_Traub,

This is a real survey request from Jeff on our Research team.

A good rule of thumb to follow is if the email is coming from @figma.com, it is legit.

The reason for the lack of imaging or an email template, is that these come directly from the Research team for a chosen few users. There’s no major involvement from our email marketing or transactional teams to build and/or send out mass emails.

Same i received a gift card after finishing the survey. Got $10 from ribbon and the email is research-lf@figma.com . Is this legit ?

This may be a legit email from FigmaFy, but we cannot confirm, as we are not associated with FigmaFy, nor are we the same company.

Yes, these are both legit Figma emails from Angel on our Research Team.
