I’ve been having a clear out of our members. I accidentally removed one user. I have invited them again and they got the invite email but when they tried to register they were told the ‘email is already taken’, despite them being deleted. Does anyone know if it is possible to delete and re-add a user? Or suggest a solution to my issue. Thanks

I was trying to find out how to set default color on text, and came across information online about “Set Default Properties.” However, that option is grayed out and not selectable. How do I make that option available? Any other info on how to use that would be appreciated. I can’t seem to find much about it. Thanks

Bonjour à tous, Je rencontre un problème avec la gestion des sièges payants sur Figma, et j’espère que quelqu’un pourra m’aider. Nous sommes plusieurs administrateurs dans notre équipe, et récemment, de nouveaux sièges payants ont été attribués à certains membres. Cependant, il n’y a pas d’historique ou de moyen visible dans les paramètres pour savoir quel administrateur a effectué ces modifications. J’ai déjà vérifié les sections de facturation et les paramètres d’équipe, mais je ne trouve aucune trace de l’action effectuée ni d’option pour consulter les changements apportés aux sièges. Si quelqu’un sait comment identifier l’administrateur qui a attribué ces sièges ou si une fonctionnalité d’historique existe (même si elle est cachée), je serais ravi d’en savoir plus. Merci beaucoup pour votre aide !

Anyone know why this is happening or is this just a bug?

I’m trying to preserve the scroll on a form. I have named the top layers as the same (apply now) which is what all the support I’ve read has said to do. The page that I want to preserve scroll also has an apply now frame but it is not a component. Any ideas? Thanks!

I had several awesome plugins, and they disappeared from the desktop app and the web version. I waited a few days and checked back to see if it was fixed, but they were still gone. I don’t know the names of all of them to reinstall them, so I don’t know what to do. Please help!

I am very disappointed to see that this payment was deducted from my account without my approval. I had no intention of making this purchase, and I did not authorize this charge in any way. I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized transaction and request the cancellation of the subscription. I only intended to purchase 3 seats, but I was mistakenly charged for 11 seats on October 22, 2024. How did this happen? I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. If a full refund is not possible, please switch my subscription to a monthly plan and refund the remainder after the charge. Ultimate Goal Arrange my team library file better by using auto-layout to group and add descriptions to components and their variants. Problem The auto-layout grouping/layer level is showing up in the asset panel breadcrumb, which adds one unnecessary level to click through to get to the assets. Question Is there a way to format the frame or auto-layout layer to tell Figma to ignore that level when arranging the assets panel?

Hi everyone, I’ve created a library for colors, formats and components to share across other projects. In this library, I’ve used an example primary color that, however, might change in different projects. Is it possible to override that variable (the color, in this case) in the various projects to use a different primary color for components? E.g. Base project library with “background/color/primary” variable as “blue” Custom1 probject uses Base library but overrides “background/color/primary” variable with “red”. Custom1 could use components of Base library with new selected primary color (red) without the need to reselect a color. Thanks in advance

As everyone knows, when the layer names of icons are exactly the same, the color can be retained when switching icons. When I replace Icon 1 in the example with Icon 2, Icon 2 will inherit the color of Icon 1 on the button. Similarly, if I combine these three icons into one, the color will still be retained when switching between states. However, when I use Variables to control changes in the icon shape, the color will not be inherited. This is quite frustrating for me. Why is it that when switching variants through variables, the color is no longer inherited? I would like a reasonable explanation.

I want to generate my code for VS Code using React, Tailwind, Typescript based on web design provided from my Designer. According to my research, I understand that I might need pricing plans for tools like Frontier, FigmatoCode, Locofy and as well Figma Dev. Can you guide and advice what I necessarily need to purchase in order to boost my work. I have to do more than 200 ui flows, and in the future, possibly more. Without those tools, I will perform more long. Should I by Figma paid subsription or Frontier, FigmatoCode, or both of them?

Quick feedback on this stroke width input: It’s quite narrow are hard to click into (the righthand side of the input is reserved for variable selection). Can you make this a bit wider?

Hey all, I noticed there have been several instances where 2 style attributes are applied to the same tag in an exported SVG. Mainly this happens on non-outlined text tags with style="white-space:pre". It also happens with mix blend modes. As you may know, this is noncompliant HTML per the spec: " There must never be two or more attributes on the same start tag whose names are an ASCII case-insensitive match for each other." Would be great to have this fixed as it creates extra time spent fixing these issues after export.
