One of our clients is saying that she has trouble finding Figma prototypes that she has viewed before. Over time, her links get lost in the pile of emails or kanban-board cards, so she can’t go back and view the prototypes. Is there a way that she can do a search in Figma for past prototypes she has viewed? A few of them come up in her “Recently Viewed” section, but not many.

(She’s using the browser version, not the app. And she hasn’t necessarily received invitations to all of these prototypes - many are just sharable links that she viewed.)

Hi @kurt.bodden, Thanks for reaching out about this. I can see how it would be handy to find prototypes more easily.

If your client has access to the resource, using the search and narrowing down the results could be helpful. Unfortunately, at the moment, there isn’t an option to filter files based on whether they’ve been viewed or not.

You can find more details here: Search for files, projects, and people

I also took a peek in our community to see if there might be a plugin that could help but didn’t have any luck so far. You’re more than welcome to explore on your own if you’d like!

I believe many individuals who have encountered and overcome similar issues. So, if anyone has any suggestions or insights, please don’t hesitate to share!

Thanks,

Thank you, @Junko3. We wound up just making a directory - a table where we list the prototypes and links to them. It means we have to remember to put the links in there, but it works pretty well so far.
