How do I find my invoices?

I’m feeling like an idiot. I’m on a professional plan, but I can’t find any invoices in my email and I can’t find anyplace in the Figma site to download previous invoices. This should be easy…been looking for 15 minutes and can’t find anything.

    Hi there,

    Tanks for reaching out. According to the screenshot, it looks like a free plan. You don’t have a paid invoice with this account. Could you check if you’re logged into the right account?

    Generally, you can check an invoice as following:

    1. From the file browser, click Admin.
    2. Click the Billing tab.
    3. Find the invoice you want to download in the list. The most recent invoice is at the top.
    4. Click the View invoice link to open the invoice in Stripe.
    5. Click the View invoice details to view a detailed invoice.
    6. Click Download to save a copy of the invoice.

    Hi! I’m an owner of a team, but I don’t have an Admin option, how can I fix this?

    I have exactly the same situation.

    Is this because our company account is not any longer Pro?

    Yes, I confirm that when you downgrade the plan to free Starter plan, the invoices are not on the dashboard as it is no longer paid. I’d recommend you to reach out directly to the support team so they can assist you to get your old invoices by filling out this form: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=9707134248215 Hope this clarifies!

    Hey ​@Celine_D - this is ridiculous. NOT having to reach to support just to see a past invoice should be the bare minimum to be expected by a SaaS. Please pass the feedback along to the relevant team.

      I stopped paying Figma a few months ago, and I can’t see the admin section.

      Hi ​@benjamin_saravia1, I totally understand how frustrating it can be not being able to access your invoices after downgrading your plan.

      When you downgrade from a paid plan to the free Starter plan, the admin section is no longer visible in your dashboard. I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket on your behalf so our team can help retrieve those invoices for you.       It’s quite frustrating that accessing past invoices requires contacting support. For a SaaS, having invoices easily available should be a standard feature. I’d appreciate it if you could share this feedback with the relevant team.

      Hi, I’m having the exact same issue.

      I canceled my Figma subscription a while ago, and since then the Admin / Billing section has disappeared, so I can’t access or download any of my past invoices.

      Could someone from the support team please help me retrieve my previous invoices, or open a support ticket on my behalf?
