Today my network is very slow and it keeps loading and I can’t use it ! ! !

  • Is there any noticeable difference when you try Figma on another device or network?
  • Have you tried clearing your cache?
  • Can you try opening the file in another browser (e.g Safari, Microsoft Edge and Firefox)
  • Does this happen also happen in the desktop app? If so please follow the steps to clear the desktop app’s cache: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040528973-My-files-are-not-opening#id.
  • Are there specific files where you notice the lag, or does it happen across all your files?
  • Have you recently updated your operating system?
