Figma sees ( " ) quotes as double ( ' ) apostrophe

Hello

Whenever I run a Find/Replace to remove some quotes ( " ), Figma identifies and removes apostrophes ( ’ ).
And vice-versa.
It doesn’t make sense as each character have its distinct ASCII code.

Or am I doing something wrong here?

    Any update? This issue still occurs in the latest Figma Windows app.

    Example below I searched for double quotes " (U+0022) and it returned matches which contained ‘
