Dear Figma Support Team,
I recently encountered an issue with my account. After I left a team that was created by another person, all my personal drafts disappeared. This includes drafts that were created both before I was added to the team and after.
I’ve checked everywhere, including the “Recent” section and the trash, but I am unable to locate them. These files were very important to my work, and I hope you can help me recover them.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue?
I had open tabs of files that were in my drafts. After the files were deleted, I lost access to my drafts. On some files I can request access to edit myself, on some files it is just empty and says that I do not have access.
The members from the previous team brought me back, but nothing new happened in the drafts + I don’t see the team displayed anywhere.
