We have an open source project called waterthetrees.com that tracks city trees around the world. We were using Figma for our designs. The designer just said that the link we were using no longer works.

I am not sure who created the original account as its an open source project with Code for America SF which just uses the non profit version of slack that has no history.

Anyway to find a way back to our designs? Any way to get them back if the account holder deleted them?

Thanks for any help.

The link we used to get to the project files:

https://www.figma.com/file/5C3v1LUNwMPQy9JOgnKEtr/Water-the-Trees?node-id=121%3A624

@Rose_Rose You can ask your designer to download the Figma file (.fig) and send it to you.

I hope this helps!

We don’t actually know exactly who owned the original account. The Figma files are missing/the url has an error now, the designs/account is gone.

Hey there, sorry to hear this happened!

If someone accidentally deleted the project, it should land in the original owner’s Deleted files tab.
